The Australia Papua New Guinea Business Council and the Business Council of Papua New Guinea are pleased to host the 40th Australia Papua New Guinea Business Forum and Trade Expo on 23-25 June 2025 at the Stanley Hotel in Port Moresby. 

The Forum theme for this year is “Securing The Future of Investments Stori bilong yumi – From shells to Artificial intelligence”

The theme captures the unique investment journey of Papua New Guinea and the Pacific—Stori bilong yumi—from the use of traditional shell money to the emerging frontiers of artificial intelligence. It’s a powerful reflection on where we’ve come from, and where we’re heading.

We’ll explore how to protect and grow investment in a rapidly changing world, drawing lessons from our cultural roots while embracing the digital and technological transformations shaping global business.
